I've heard of a few more people being allowed 100% remote work. I know the details of a couple of them. What's the secret to getting leadership to grant full time remote?

Move to Tempe. Those guys are NEVER in the office. They think they’re fooling everyone with their Teams background 🤣😂🤣😂. This no WFH is a crock. So many gaming the system.
Move somewhere 1-2 hours from the office. Schedule a minor appt, delivery, illness, or child care issue most days as a reason to wfh. A chiropractor can help you with this. Come into the office 5-6 times per month. Not something I would do myself, but I see it working for others.
Depends on who you know and how they help you spin it. It’s all very inequitable and soon when the masses, chained to their desks find out, they’ll be a revolt! Hang on it’s coming!!!!!!
Same as any other company where it's not common. Be good at your job (or least make them think you are), and hard to replace, and make them think you could leave and ask.
