So million+ lawsuit about to hit Macys for causing sever injuries to a toddler with a mannequin. What are you visual people doing honestly? Possibly the most useless job at Macys.

Macy's has the SMM which is the Visual Manager
Wow…who is the clueless visual hating person that wrote this? Clearly you have virtually no understanding of what a real department store environment should look like and who contributes to making it be that way. Macys let go of all their visual managers 3 years ago ….most stores have looked terrible ever since. They now have visual captains and support people who try their best with little training. As for children being hurt, I’m appalled at how many children run around unsupervised, including little ones playing at the edge of the escalator, jumping on beds or yanking at the arms and feet of mannequins.
And where were the parents? I’ve seen it countless times, kids running around and close to sharp corners on fixtures and caselines. When you say hey please be careful the parent chews you out for the concern they should have had…
This will settle out of court for sure.
Good! As a “(Useless) visual person” parents should watch their kids! I have more broken mannequins than good because of them pushing them over while the parent is off in another dept.!
I hope that kid has years of therapy from his shock and anguish! WhatEVER! 🙄🙄🙄. People always are looking for an angle.
The lawsuit claims that the toddler "suffered shock and mental anguish".
Seriously? How many times to toddlers fall down, get hurt, and then go back to what they were doing?
What a joke.
I don't think that's right to tar hundreds of employees for something that happened in one place for which you didn't provide details. Accident is terrible no matter what but let's hear the facts first.
