What happens when a person reach a maximum salary in a job group, will he still be eligible for an increment?

Can get this problem if you move functions, not every function has the same salary per job group. If you are looking to broaden it may be worth taking the hit for a little while
Get promoted... quit... or wait to be laid off.
Is there requirement before one is allowed to exceed 100% PIR or this always given.
Once you reach max +20%PIR you will not get merit increases, but the PIR range goes up slightly each year so you will get a small raise. Very small.
Wish I had this problem. It’s taken me years to get to 90% PIR.
