Business as usual for this company! ADP's operating model is CHEAP labor. This practice been going on for a long time and will only continue. If you've been a loyal long term employee, there's a bullseye on you as you make too much $. Do yourself a favor and move on. Most that have left are not only making more $ but are HAPPY!

Tenured employees fret NOT! YOU HAVE VALUE despite what they're doing to you at ADP

September reductions announced today in the GPT/GETS organization. Another slow bleed that won't make the news headlines.

I believe Post ID: @8cmr+1njIBwgK is management, probably HR, though that was one of the first groups to get decimated.
It is OK to criticize your employer. Through the years, I did so many times. However, you deal with rules and work to improve what you can, where you can.
People have a right to voice their frustrations but ADP also has the right to implement rules that you or I might disagree with. Remember, this is employment at will and many wonderful employees are no longer there though no fault of their own, except they didn't leave quick enough.

I believe the wording was ‘regard it with SOMEWHAT Appreciation’, I do agree a conflict was necessary but if I recall the American Revolution took place on US soil meaning we criticized but LEFT the United Kingdom of Britain.

Now to me a similar comp. would be criticize ADP but leave soon after not remain and cash checks.

I’m not sure that high on the American Way items are criticizing your leaders although it’s somewhere on the list. I’ve heard many a town hall meetings and never heard criticism like I hear on this forum. All Ex Com have email addresses curious how many of the folks on here speak up there…..it is the American way to criticize, criticize away to them personally, that could be considered an American Way as well.

Opportunity is also The American Way seek it outside of ADP….

Your wish for a happy weekend on this July 4th holiday in your post couples perfectly with your first sentence there.

"If you are dependent on somwthing shouldnt you appreciate it?"

So delicously ironic. Its literally call Independence Day! The day the US severed ties with their home country and were no longer dependent on them.

The US was dependent on the monarchy and yet they still critised it to the point of conflict. An act that I would daresay you agree was a good thing.

Embrace striving for better and critising your leaders. Its the American way after all; our oldest tradition that literally founded the country.

I too wish you a happy weekend and hope you reflect on this holiday to find new meaning in it.

Cheers

If you’re dependent on it should you not regard it with somewhat appreciation? Forced to participate, I don’t think anyone is forced to work anywhere. If you choose to work there of course you can criticize it but the level of vitriol is often off the charts.

At any rate sir or madam, I wish you a happy safe weekend.

Take good care.

Its both. You can dislike something and still be dependent on it. Look at all the terrible marriages where the spouses hate each other but never split.

Just because you are forced to participate in a system doesnt mean you have to enjoy or agree with it. Just because people choose to work there doesnt mean they cannot critize it.

Help me understand so much of the group on this site. Do you trash and hate the company and can’t wait to leave or are you terrified of losing your job? Very confusing.
