Coupa, once known for high quality is in shambles now with latest release delayed by few weeks due to multiple blunders. No surprises as most of their top engineering folks including senior most architects, almost all senior cloud engineers have left and they are taking others along everyday. With next layoff wave looming large, market is flooded with resumes of Coupa people across all the functions. Thoma just care about numbers and quality is least of their focus as they fired testing folks in big numbers. They just want to sell the company after increasing sales even if the product is full of defects. Remaining folks are now made to work like don**** with no care about burnout. Managers are converted to ICs and Devs are asked to test their own code and put on production like a new startup with no regards to customer issues. How fast things change. Anyone else observing the same?

What nonsense. The release hasn’t been delayed. Stop spreading FUD. Do you even work at Coupa?
The top level management is highly incompetent. The engineering head is a clueless chap, he isn’t fit for the job. It will be a quick downfall for the company, sorry to see it happening.
