Yet, what do they do, hire folks like Mike Crawford making $1mln+ year to be our DEI champion from his $2mln+ home. Mark isn’t giving back to black and brown communities by living in am affluent white neighborhood. This is the very definition of virtue signaling. Likewise, Dave Lawler is paid comparably to parrot everything that Bernard says. We could save the firm a lot of money by firing these two clowns that provide zero economic value to shareholders. Unfortunately, by my estimates, 15% of the roles in BP are DEI based and can be eliminated starting with Dave, Mark and the IST RBULs. When is the last time they promoted a white male to a senior role. Reverse discrimination?
