I believe the policy says you can jump from one pay grade and up by two. Has anyone done this successfully or am I wasting my time

i went for 29 to 31 and i have the resume to back it.. HR raised he-l... they did tell me it was "possible" but rare.
Ive done 2 in the past for 14%.
To the OP what departments got laid off and when? This is what the site is about.

It depends on your race. If you are black unlimited opportunities lay ahead for you. You don’t even have to know what you are doing. You have the whole company backing you up. Get it girls!!

Why are we asking this on a layoff page?? Do we need to defined layoffs?
It doesn't matter because you will be laid off for not following directions....
2 pay grades is possible. 3 is a stretch unless you have really good connections. to move 2 paygrades you need pretty decent connections too

I have jumped 2 grade levels successfully. I went from 30 to 32 without issue.
