There's a lot of speculation going on but I'm not seeing anything concrete being said that would make it clear either way. We lost two people on our team in March which has affected our work significantly. Ever since then, I've been petrified that more will be cut and we'd be stuck with even more work when we are barely able to get what we have done.

Any news on if the next round cuts will Involve sales?
If your manager schedules a meeting with the subject "follow-up", that is your termination meeting. Don't leave all your documents on Onedrive. You will not be able to access them after that meeting is over.
I'm hearing the next round could be end of July or August. Not really sure what to think anymore.
The culture at Insight has changed dramatically. Sure, I understand macroeconomics but continued cutting into your worker bee force just continues to amaze me. You definitely don't see the cuts at the the top. You never do.
In reality were all moving parts in the organization we call Insight. One thing is for certain, the talent that is left, if reduced again, it will be a big hit to teams.
Heard another round is coming, but not sure when. I was told to prepare a list of people to be let go for upper management. First two rounds were easier for our group. Usually the low performers, now for this round it’s going to be hard to pick people.
