I applied here because I really needed a job, with the intention of doing the best I can. And I was hired, but the manager very quickly began trying to convince me that I was redundant here, even though I really tried and gave my best. I wonder then why does Lowe's even hire people if they treat them like this? I got the impression that I was employed just to get cut soon after.

Here we go again. I said it before, do no more, no less, take your 15 minute breaks, take your 1 hour lunch, come in and leave at your schedule time, rinse and repeat. Lowes doesn't really care about you, trust me left after 9 years back in May of 2021. The company really has nosed dive since Marvin took over. Oh God Bless
