Any rumors about the UP dissolving the A&S and taking it over completely?

Absolutely happening and now we know why. Vena. He hates Hump yards and was furious that he couldn’t close the A&S. The absorption must have been a stipulation of his contract. Good luck to all the good people of the A&S. Hopefully the New York dock is enforced.
I there's @ss to dissolve then UP's going to dissolve it.
Did not see anything on the net search about it. A&S is a subsidiary rr owned by UP.
