AUM (Asset under management) is not the same as having your own assets. Micron's revenue and profits were greater than that of Blackrock and Vanguard in 2022. BTW, Vanguard is the most ethical player on Wall Street, or for that matter anywhere else. The bedrock of American capitalism. There is no grand conspiracy here. In fact, most institutional investors are losing money by investing in this industry. The main issue is the utter incompetence of current American semiconductor executives. Micron is no exception. India best country and PM Modi one of the best leaders the world has ever had. To give the naysayers (put a good link to your post) an example, he championed the cause of African countries and got them a seat at the table, and permanent invitation to the G20, now that PM Modi is the leader of the G20, has the presidency. It took for him to think of the revolutionary to go from loot to participatory inclusive democracy by including the hitherto looted and exploited countries.
