Maybe someone here can explain why this company is incapable of hiring/promoting QUALIFIED candidates for Supervisors?

If your eyes are open, you’re breathing and are able to complain, YOU get to be a supervisor. Or maybe at least respond to your employees when they write to you 🤷‍♀️

And when the positions are filled by no talents it turns into a toxic environment. A lot of the supervisors lack integrity, and work ethic and are very BIAs in how they treat employees.

That's DEI for ya. Forget experience, just fill the quota. Who cares if they can ACTUALLY do the job. It's all about making the no talent minority the majority regardless of ability .

My experience is you have to kiss some serious bo--y to get promoted. Middle management at this company is so unqualified with regard to management dimensions that they want good soldiers, yes people, don’t dare challenge their mediocre ideas!

Because management who promotes these melon heads are so out of touch and in an alternative universe. I have to work with various and if not all departments based on financial compliance. I ask a detailed questionnaire to them and I get 1 word answer to all
