Does anyone have info on overnight 4 day work week and a possible raise?

Overnight coach still doesn't pay enough. Everything not done in the store fallson third with the least associates. Work four days a week that is more like five you work going into your day off and go in on your night off. Sceduled 12 hours made to stay 2-3 more hours. At least 57-60 hour weeks with everything falling on your shift. Stores can function no matter how many daytime coach or team lead positions are open. The minute the o/n coach leaves the stores crumble. The minute two o/n associates go on loa the stores crumble.
Didn't the overnight coach get a big raise?
