Despite of business we're down for 1 month, not a single layoffs were done. I think this is the best company ever to work with in entire world. Charlie is the true leader. Also thank you so much for giving recent raised to the qualified employees. Together we will go long way. Hip hip hurray.

I really this is sarcasm as well, unless your are beneath his desk everyday working for that raise!
Must of missed the memo
If this is not a sarcasm, you must be a recipient of CPAW award from Charlie. You have lived Dish way and adopted him as your spiritual leader. Nobody even his wife said what you just said behind him. One of his Dish ways, "using company's money like your own". I did just that, but he fired me for spending his (company) money like my own.
I guess it was a matter of time before some Dish shill would show up to put some BS -- Dish doesn't have money to build the network, so how could they afford to give raises to people? And if this person truly believes all that "Dish Way" cr-p, he/she better watch out, as Charlie will not hesitate to ask for more positions to be eliminated as he tries desperately to keep the ship from sinking.
