Heard rumors of corporate layoffs. Anyone heard anything?? Maybe to align with return to office date and possibly make people resign?

Hearing a re-org is coming in August as well. Not targeting remote workers specifically nor applied uniformly across all units . Seems to have a lot of units doing the same thing, so plenty of jobs could be eliminated & no one would notice any difference.
Lists were made months ago. Layoffs across corporate business units are going to start to happen in August. Have to pay for Karen’s vanity acquisitions and “top woman” awards somehow. And that’ll be on the backs of those without golden parachutes.

I have heard this as well as soon as this morning - - on the Aetna side..... stay tuned i think its going to get bumpy around here.
I fall into remote work, and this is my biggest worry with the recent announcement. Don’t have a good option for a reasonable office either.
