SpinCo Plants seem to not be immune to layoffs. Key players in the growth of new product lines getting their jobs eliminated at the worst time to support SpinCo growth. It’s either St Paul is so disconnected to the cuts they’re making that they don’t realize the crippling the future OR these cuts are part of a bigger play and self sabotage. Either reason is unacceptable and ruining the culture from within. We continue to not get answers and people’s workload are double or triple what it was before 2020. Where’s the light at the end of the 3M or SpinCo tunnel?

From other post threads about Eby’s quitting, SVPs do not have any strategic control in their divisions. MR, MP and SpinCo team are making decisions that directly impact HC divisions but are not accountable. They bully the SVPs for short term results and keep them as scape goats.
I feel compelled to add that I discovered electricity is just controlled lightening.
