Why is north little rock being turned down for fmla ? Is this what up does when we get sick days?

File a complaint to the U.S department of labor.
They’re turning down everyone. It’s actually against the law what there doing.
I filed for fmla for chronic gas emission and was initially turned down but after working a 12 hour shift and two of my managers being taken to the ER after being around me they gave me FMLA . Don’t give up north Little Rock it is a process.
