I hope Moms against Macys on Facebook is a joke. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. If your offspring is old enough to work they are old enough to learn how to negotiate life. Talk to them, provide counsel but that should be it. You are getting one side of the story-your child’s. Yes there are terrible managers and coworkers but they will be encountered in every job, no matter what profession is chosen. They will not be able to run to mommy when life gets unfair.
