So wait a minute, people lost their jobs because they didn't get vaccinated due to federal guidelines. But we're not going to celebrate Juneteenth? I got the only way to make sense of it is to understand that our DE&I lead is a white lady from upstate. DRS goes on vacation when someone sneezes but for us federal is optional.

GlobalFoundries lands a Zacks Rank #5 (Strong Sell) at the moment given its downward earnings revisions. GlobalFoundries also earns an “F” grade for Value and a “D” for Momentum in Style Scores system.
It might be best for investors to look beyond GlobalFoundries right now to some of the many other semiconductor stocks that are currently sitting at Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buys) or #2 (Buys).
So many quit and come back (and many of them even quit again).
Whenever I question if getting laid off from GF was a good thing in my life, I just come here and it reaffirms for me that it was. Not for nothing, but as long you’re badging into that place, you’re wasting precious time and energy. Still waiting to hear of any former GF’rs who want to come back or miss it .. know what I’m saying? 😂
Like the lies our management continue to tell us. Globalfoundries is nothing but lies and cover ups. Even after getting called out or caught red handed they just pretend they didn’t hear or notice and continue with lie. Nearly everyone I know who has recently left and there are many, if you boil it down to fire reason they left basically because of the lies perpetrated by our management and leadership.
They could at least be realistic about their lies, too. My guess is they still work at Global, even though they don’t want to, but are stuck. There is no reason for a person to be so obsessed about GF while supposedly living a better life elsewhere.

Same here. We got the Friday before off with pay, and we had lunch brought in for all the departments on Thursday.
Yea this is perfect example of GF logic. And our management will explain that it was the right move.
My new employer celebrated by giving us paid time off. GF is the worst.
