When every aspect of a company starts to decline, starting from the top and going all the way to the bottom, it's time to get out. That means the company is in its final stages of life. Sad...... but true, and hopefully everyone working at Macy's knows this. Things are not going to get better, and complaining about them will not help. Things will just get worse, way way worse, and then the doors are closed for good, look at Sears, Lord and Taylor, Mervyn's, Rich's, Parasian, Montgomery Ward, Stein Mart, and back in the 80s and 90s high end stores like I. Magnin in California, same thing happened. Macys is no different.
