I've been away from Micron for a while now. I just want to hear from the people who are still there, how have things changed since the layoffs? More or less stress, work, sense of stability? Tell me your story. It may help others who read it.

office is a call center. we came back to the office to stay on zoom.
I have 5 member of my area that wants to leave asap.

Many reasons people stay. Visa, family etc.
The most serious disadvantage of Boise is that only Micron is here and no alternatives.

Micron turns into an asian company by the culture by all means, but pretending to be American. Not saying it is bad, but it is the reality.
Lol. I've colleagues that do 3 times the job that they were doing before. Others really stopped to give a fu-k.
For as much as I know half of my team is looking another job, the other half have hand tied because of their visas.....
