JS cited “Better alignment” as a reason for changes in ICS. Does the ICS product leader have any product background? She’ has a huge organization and seems move was to justify her level than real outcomes.

All of ICS should be outsourced just like every other company. Nothing needs to be kept internal when you have service providers doing it for less money.
