In QCA, I have seen an engineer put all his unfinished tea cups on the lab bench of another engineer he disliked, all the tea cups with liquid around the emulation machine and above on the 2nd shelf of the bench. The tea cups lined up in a way that if the bench was shaken, or someone removing it was not careful, the tea in the cup would be poured to to expensive machine. Because the emulation machine can be restarted remotely, the engineer who was assigned the emulation machine didn't know until there were like ten cups around. Also, everyone who came to the lab just thought it was this emulation machine owner engineer who didn't follow lab rules.
Be protective of everything assigned to you at work. This can happen in other labs too. Layoffs can trigger negative behavior from people you work with.

The layoffs caused a negative reaction from our coworkers. It seems that no one is concerned about the declining sales and job cuts in this company. Without any sales, we are not generating any revenue and projects are being postponed. As a result, we have to fake productivity and act as if everything is fine. Can you provide us with a package so that we can gtfo of this shiiii h@le?
@seq No. I'm describing Camera, Computer Vision, VR, the whole rotten tree. The camera VP holds every other VP's b@lls in his hands, (because the pixels have to come from somewhere), turned them into his little servants, and no one has the guts to stand up to the piece of $h!it human garbage that he is and kick his a-s back to wherever the h3ll he came from. He's the poison that's ki-ling Q from the inside, along with the PMIC dude.
Dear Qtea,
Instead of suggesting you quit complaining about spilled tea, we propose that you explore alternative actions that can benefit the company, like gtfo, given the co’s current financial struggles and job cuts.
Dear Q-Tea,
Have you heard? Do you comprehend this!? The company experienced a decline in revenue compared to the previous year. This decrease was caused by the overall slowdown in the economy and a decrease in demand for mobile phones. The decrease in smartphone sales directly affects the company because chip manufacturing is one of its MAIN sources of income.
WAKE UP!!! PEOPLE GETTING LAID OFF!! CO IN SURVIVAL MODE!!! STOP CRYING OVER SPILLED TEA YOU CRY BABY!!! 👶
Everyone left in my group is just waiting to get a severance and gtfo of this dead end job.
@yaw Do you work for the PMIC group in San Diego? You just summed up the culture there.
Dear Q-Tea
Instead of complaining about the tea being spilled, focus on the fact that the company is taking steps to fix the issue and relocate the lab to India. It would be more beneficial for you to consider where your next job opportunity might be. Are you not aware Q sales are down, the co is laying off people, and the co is in survival mode?
If a few cups of tea is your biggest problem, then you don't have it too bad. Maybe do another post that says:
Be Protective Of: "
- People taking credit for your work and getting promoted for it
- Managers making false promises
- Managers blaming you for projects they themselves mismanaged
- People talking about you behind your back
- Leaders without leadership skills
- Managers without b@lls who never stand up for their own people
- HR that are just puppets
- VPs who abuse their so-called authority
This website is so fun!
