Remember how you were all essential workers, now you are slowing being essentially weaned away from a job that needed you when it served them. Here’s people that risked their health for their job and they are now handed a schedule that looks like a kindergartener made it. I would love to see the big wigs survive getting paid with this schedule. Funny but no adjustments have been made there.

I hate this place.
There are no leaders anymore. The ones that actually stood up, spoke their mind, and told them when they were wrong, have either left, or been let go. All they have now are "Yes" people who will do what their told. That is what upper management wants.
Why were a ton people hired pregnant no less you need parking passes to enter so let’s employee a guard who lifts a gate when all I should have to do is wave and and go in and out. Then let’s buy covid test and a bags with hand sanitizer and cloth that looked like it was cut from my underwear for me to wear, test and test all workers for covid followed by hearing screenings and now there’s a slow down??? No you pi---d away any profits you get and your employees suffer feed a family on a 2 day a week pay check.. who runs this company Ricky Re--rdo ??
@MrCEO this is where you've got it all wrong. You call the producers of this company, the ones who DESIGN, ENGINEER, and MANUFACTURE the products that bring in the money, leeches? I'd say you and your cronies are the leeches. Since you first sat down in the big chair our stock has lost well over half its value, you've eliminated thousands of jobs across the world and stripped away employee benefits and perks. You've fostered an environment where every employee not in your cadre walks around feeling like the sword of damocles hangs over their head. All you've done is churn, churn money, shift it from here to there, churn employees, churn departments. The fates and potential livelihoods of thousands are in your hands, yet we are treated as a cheap commodity to be used and disposed of as necessary. You'll forgive us lay people for blowing off steam in a place where we can do it without fear of reprisal. This space is useful for you as well. It's impossible to know what your rank and file really think if you only take the pulse in a self congratulatory echo chamber.

People are upset, some complain and some just cash a check and don't work.

Where are any of the leaders of this company? Interesting they seem to run away and hide when all of their employees want to know what is going on. Give the people some answers! Are these leaders living off 2 day checks every other week like a lot of Commscopes employees are?
I hope all of the HR and the company lawyers get laid off too. A bunch of lying crooks.
