If the company's plan is to exert pressure on employees in order to make them quit on their own and save on severance pay, then I think that's a terrible strategy... Micromanaging and overwhelming people won't bring any of the results they are hoping for…… The reason is simple - the best of the best are leaving. Is that their vision for the future?

There is nothing wrong on being called on ur mistakes. We don’t want mediocrity. We want excellence. Its only now that we are waking up to the reality of how lax we have been as a company. Anyone with a 1 rating must be removed. Anyone with 30+ years must be removed. That alone will get rid of a good few 1000.
Maybe just maybe... there's no future. Mind blown.
now that the creme have been moved from remainco to HC , we will see more pressure put on employees with more warning for absences and any mistakes in your work, Make sure you behave in the office and remeber you will be watched a lot more now, if you can ask for WYW , then do so as you are virtually untouchable.
