No cap on the years service paid, but the 2 Months + 1 week for every year cannot equal greater than 1 year.

EMEA seems to be under NDA and enhanced to get around the labour laws. Naughty Naughty Dell!
US: 2 months salary, plus 1 week for every full year of service, plus 75% of prorated bonus (ie, half the year so far). If you live in a state where you’re owed PTO payout for accrued PTO, then plus that. You’ll also get 2 months of cobra health insurance and some outplacement assistance.
Other countries: no idea
