Everything that is happening here helped me arrive to a sobering realization that they don't value us at all, regardless of how much value we add to this company, how engaged or how professional we are.
But where does that lead, I wonder?
They can replace us with cheaper employees, but then what kind of company will it be?

@1ikd+1nZiHgLs It's a big plan to move all American jobs to India. And for jobs here only Indians should be hired. People not understanding, how dangerous this is going to be. And the way they get hired because most of the cheap workers cheat in resumes. They are doing massive employment fraud.

Cheap employees have created so many problems for everyone. The problem is not that they are cheap, they are unskilled. Just to run a report it takes them a week and 8 people work on it.
