Not all, this WFR is going to be staggered into groupings. HR can't be everywhere at once and they need to join all the managers 1x1s for those being separated. How many people will this affect in total? From the numbers I have seen, best guess is a range between 13k-26k globally. Get your resume and anything else you don't want to lose off of your work system just in case.

All depends on your manager. And if the volume of affected is to be believed, then it may take a few days to get to all of them
In some cases, yes. I did have a friend call me over the weekend and let me know that he’d been able to check and see that he was no longer aligned to any customer accounts. Obviously not a great sign for him. Also, the standard prelayoff middle of the night email from Scannell came out where he thanked us for our hard work but…. there’s always a but. He went on to reference go to market changes that imply reductions in specialist coverage. Probably going to be a not fun day for many. Prayers they get on their feet and on to better things asap.
