CSI cuts 500. No two weeks notice. They demand two weeks from employees when the resign, but layoff in four days.
Very disgusting. Everyone who got laid off must find a way to connect. Possibly Violation of federal WARN act.

Can I get a list of names or at least an indication of how many were laid off - like me - with no notice? if we can collect at least 500 names we can have the Feds take actions against TCS..
I personally know of 1 person who was laid off a few weeks ago. he was in TCS north america. he's been on the bench since early 2024 though. I also read online someone mentioning how they were in a project most of this year and the project ended so they were on the bench for 2 weeks. They negotiated getting into another project by the 3rd week but HR decided to terminate anyways. Can't verify authenticity of that but less than a month on bench with termination isn't right.. especially since they were already getting allocated

As a Managing Partner within CSI I was shocked with HR’s conduct, lack of communication, lack of empathy, lack of professionalism.
I would consider those actions to be hostile and retaliatory. I am confident TCS’s conduct will have a long lasting adverse impact on their future business.
Never will I again work for or work with this type of organization.
I agree that everyone that was laid off should "group together". If TCS laid off alot of us at once with no notice they have violated the Federal WARN Act. I got laid off and there is NO SEVERANCE BEING GIVEN...DISGUSTING...
There is no severance money being given - just your accrued vacation and whatever pay you earned until your termination dater

I was told I would move to rmg group if I don’t find a project in three days
