I regret to say this but TC at its current stage is a very inefficient company. I know quite a few departments (especially accounting and finance) where managers lack skills and it drags company down. Managers have no technical or technological knowledge. It’s time to review organizational effectiveness and org structure.

I know of MORE departments...Quality Assurance...maybe one day we end up hiring people who can actually speak and write English properly
This is common in a lot of big companies and it’s really tough if not impossible to undo.
The problem is that the people in positions to fix the culture mess are the people that created the mess.
They aren’t going to change what got them there and what keeps them there.
What is imperative for this company is not a mere organizational change, but rather a fundamental transformation of its corporate culture starting from its upper echelons. Emphasis must be placed on prioritizing skills and experience over fleeting trends. The imperative lies in aligning individuals with suitable roles and duly acknowledging their contributions. Presently, the organization is characterized by a prevalence of ineffectual and inexperienced managers, directors, and vice presidents who lack a comprehensive grasp of the business and are preoccupied with appearances and implementation of novel but unsubstantiated endeavors. Also, widespread nepotism has exacerbated the issue. The company must establish a level playing field, wherein all individuals can participate with equity knowing that professional growth within the company is based on merit rather than interpersonal connections. Until such time as these issues are addressed, both morale and productivity will remain low.
What this company needs is another org change!
Gawd no. Another management consultant and nothing happens.
