Does anyone know what the standard layoff package is at TCS USA and how do years of service tie into it. Need to figure out how much runway we get

In another thread, It was mentioned severance package with TCS is inconsistent. Looks like they pay some and do not pay others? For those who got Severance, was it included in your final payment with TCS ( which includes vacation pay)? or a separate check?
I can confirm there is NO SEVERANCE being given. After almost 5 years I have been given NOTHING!!!!
Is that x weeks per year of service or x weeks severance in total? I've heard of companies paying 2 weeks severance for every year of service. That would make sense. If the latter is true, then getting 4 weeks in total for 10+ years is horrible.
From what I understand, 0-5 yrs of Service = 2 weeks pay, 5-10 yrs 3 weeks pay, 10+ = 4weeks pay.
