How is Unisys support now that STSS are gone?
Are tech issues being fixed any quicker?

SP Unisys is taking over in two week but they been craming the STSS with task cause they know Unisys will bit be plugging in wires and cables like the STSS does now.
how could it not work out? why would i rather deal with someone i know in my store, who has knowledge of the situation on the ground.... when i can call Billy in india and get the run around for hours on end while also somehow getting my credit card information compromised. all we do is win at WF
They’re sticking around until September as a failsafe but many regions have already switched over to Unisys support instead of STSS. There was a daily note about it
I thought they were staying through the end of September.
