Why will I not get bonus …company did made profit , I worked hard, I feel cheated and demotivated.
They want to reduce , please do ..but why are you punishing hard working engineers.

Because of cost of living , inflation and rising cost Qualcomm is no more a company to be continued…overall salary and take home has drastically decreased…

Feeling cheated after working so hard is the most quintessential Q employee experience. In the past, present and foreseeable future.
Execs will get paid millions! If that makes u feel better.
If you are such unhappy, just leave , it will contribute to reduce the cost, seek elsewhere for your ambition and talent, you will succeed, stop wasting time in Q and complain, it’s not good for your health. Or go to see metal doctor.
For GOD’s sake there is revenue decline not the overall commitment by engineers , we all deserve to be appreciated by increase in salary bonus and RSUs …

I am ok working for Q, without expecting any yearly bonus to support the company when there is a revenue decline.
Its dividend generating RSUs, espps, free medical and 100% 401K match have rewarded me more than my any other previous growth companies jobs. Stay thoughtful when you write. Don't feel cheated. Accept the reality and be the good employee. Go OoO for few days and spend time with family. Getting free time is far better than any bonus $ that you may be expecting. Take opportunity of free time and develop a good skill that may earn way over extra for you. Switch your team if you are not treated well. But believe me it is very easy to work at Q with many other perks.
You’re incapable of reading email maybe the reason feeling cheated. Hard working is not enough, cow hard works all the time.
Exactly! And there people (middle management) who does nothing except cause problems. Please remove all managers that are incompetent.
