Zero proof posted, trolls that are dumped because they are horrible at their job
Data centers are dying fast.Layoff will escalate not slowdown. Sales are a dimm memory, not much staff needed.Thats for all hw/tech companies not just Dell. So back to the drawing board. By 2025 their should be 80% less dc according to estimates
EMEA here, we had first round last week ( BU, presales and channel ), this week we are expecting more ( AE, TSR, BU ). We had 1:1 call.. due to reorganization we need to... bla bla bla. All of us was on target, outside of PiP with good yearly reviews. Long story short you did nothing wrong but we need to make some layoffs.
Can you please share more specific facts that your claim is based on? I am in sales in EMEA and did not hear about any 1:1 for Monday. No mail from MSD or JC either, that wold probably come tonight I guess..
If you have a good leader, not manager, they hopefully have you a heads up.
Our sales teams rock and if you get laid off, reach out to our channel partners. They will appreciate your knowledge of how Dell works.
- ,and ignore the trolls on this site. Former Dell from what I’ve seen offer guidance and support. Anyone saying differently is just trying to rile people up.
Shame. Shame. Shame.

One jackhole was saying it wasn’t happening and talking to himself mostly. He was wrong about Jan/Feb , wrong about June and is wrong about Aug/Sep and they’ll be another smallish round in November and a big one next year. Less with less is still the message. Less people, less spend. All in a bid to make Dell look good to a buyer out there.
