Q in SD has some very solid programmers and designers. The better ones code at least 5X faster than Q-India. Q-India on the other hand debug issues very fast spending late nights and team work on triaging. Together they could make a great team.

How is this a negative post? In US, code dev is standard experience due to feature release on premium tier. In india, there is a need to support a large number of legacy products so experience is gained in triaging issues fast. Imo, it's harder to triage issues vs writing new code.
Seeing negative points on your post comforts me. 5x faster, how did you even measure that lmao.
