The three amigos! The boiler plate on how to sc--w up a once great company. How much longer can they cling to their roles before the board wakes up?

If JB wants to save his reputation he should resign in 4th quarter. He won't for his pay is too good.
The board knows he did town hall meetings telling employees that he guaranteed there will be no Crown layoffs. They responded "that it was the nature of the business at that time" trying to hint the decision for layoffs was done in the two weeks since the town hall. That reply tells me the board doesn't care and is confident in Crown's decision for the layoffs. For them it's a good business move to stuff their deeper pockets.
The board is a joke. Even if JB is removed, no one left is capable of saving this sinking ship.
FJB, the younger one.
Jay Brown will resign by the end of the year. Bank on it.
The board has had their chances. What more needs to happen
