MST is full of partials. Each director hire from their state they belong to and language they speak. Unfortunately they do not see Qualcomm as company they are working for but work for personal motives to strengthen their positions. Make every effort to pull other down. Keeping Qualcomm as tool to satisfy their personal ego.

You must be joking. You are either:
- A Sr Dir / VP who is offended at being called out and are being defensive. Be happy guys, your jobs are still safe. You're protected. Go about your business.
- HR - In which case you're not doing your job, and coming to this board to ask this question makes your dept seem even more pathetic.
- A current employee, and if you're asking that means you either haven't noticed it or are not being affected by it, by luck. Be happy, don't worry about it.
- A potential employee - really? If you read this board, you still want to join? They're downsizing, not growing.
