Nielsen bascally has its associates do volunteer work once a year. In light of Nielsen needing to do layoffs, would cancelling NGID be a good idea if it can save hundreds of jobs? Or is NGID pretty much a publicity thing for Nielsen to get free media coverage about the good work they do? Thoughts?

Pretty sure they will find words when they need to cancel NGID. You don't need townhalls. You could now ask ChatGPT to tell some bullsh-t given it some context and it won't be much different to what we expirience. I just wished Google would TL;DR the transcript. It won't be longer than some words.
Any programs designed to help the community are good but once it becomes a requirement by the company, it takes on a negative aspect.
it is not a mandatory thing. Or do they force you into volunteering?
NGID is one big bullsh-t the company is doing to look more human
