Commscope has really gone downhill, Management and HR su-ks a-s. There isn't any supervision, only buddy systems and full of favortism, If you don't kiss a-s or in the same click or the right race for that matter, you will not move forward with the company. I've been with this company for over 20 years, and I must say that I feel sorry for the minorities. Never worked for a job that forces you to take a day off, but allows certain people to stand around and talk for 12 hrs with nothing to do. Overall, we can write comments and recommendations but, Commscope doesn't care about anything but themselves and they wonder why the morale is low.

I agree with everything you said, 💯 %. Let me add that they are also very s-xist. I worked at the Catawba plant for 20 years, and let's just say, if you were a woman that worked in a male dominated department, you would be put through pure h**l, regardless of your abilities to perform the job. And usually they're eventually forced out of the department or fired for some lame trumped up reason. I saw them fire a woman who had been there for like 17 or 18 years over the exact same thing a man did and he only got a verbal warning.

Lol funny thing is chuck can cut his and all the csuites salary by more than half to help Commscope but instead cuts our slave salary by more than half …what a disgrace
CommScope will be a penny stock before this time next year. Milk the company dry while it still exists. Do as little as possible while you find a new job and don't quit CommScope until they start to catch on that you've checked out. Rome is already burning, might as well enjoy the fiddle.
We thought the months of silence and changes to conditions were leading up to some big reveal at the next quarterly results. Turns out the emporer has no clothes, ideas or a clue.
It's time to go Chuck. CommScope NEXT had failed , dont blame it all on market conditions, turn the mirror on your self and your incompetent CxO level. Any initiative for growth has been ki-led and the naivety shown by BU leads just adds to the drama. You are out of your depth and how your shareholders tolerate a near on 66% drop in valuation since your appointment is astonishing. Your team cant even cut resource correctly to allow green shots to appear , cutting indiscriminately just amplifies the problem. BYE
This company at all levels are totally dis-integrated, they do not care growth, morale, you or me; the top levels only care how much they can squeeze lower levels workers to work harder. It is a sinking ship. Agreed, it was a great company, but not anymore!
