I’ve not heard of any roles in OT or OHCT being cut. I know some people have mentioned postponements. Wondering if anyone has heard anything about these areas?

OT already had mass rounds. There’s really not many people left.
OT is likely planning mass rounds in December for full timers and contractors. Likely keeping people in to finish work this year.

That would mean 0% on shore, full-time employees, lol, I highly doubt that will happen
Not this year. Just expect yearly layoffs going forward until they hit 60-65% contractors and 40% offshore in all depts.
Optum Tech already got hit earlier this year and it was one of the major layoffs. I don’t think many areas in Optum tech will get affected much.
