Funny to the ones that sleep! I am hoping the fat of that team gets cut!

It seems most of my coworkers sleep during the day.

To the team that has little I have a good idea who you are! Good people get let go in the lazy slackers. Get to hang around.

The sad part is that here at UHG, it doesn’t matter if your dept is swamped or lacking work when the cuts come. They’ll take a team that’s already working 10 hour days and cut them further until everyone burns out. Then, 8 months later they’ll hire 6 more people.

No trouble sleeping I’m feeling nervousness.

Never in my 30+ year career have I worked someplace where every week is a game of Russian roulette to find out if you keep your job.

Many of my coworkers and I are nervous. Our team has had little work for a few weeks. We all are assuming we are targets because of the lack of work.

just you. I have been practicing quiet quitting with this company for 3 years now.. you all are fools that volunteer, train, watch videos and accommodate management. My answer for everything is, " you havent trained me in that. I am willing to learn. where do i go? how do i proceed? Please spoon feed me the information and process. Pay raises are so low there is no incentive to even attempt to expand your knowledge. Even the offshore people are rebelling.
