It looks like more layoffs are going out this week.
I was dropped earlier this year, in the midst of guarantees of job security and a continued hiring bo-m and I still have friends there. One was told today that while half of the team was being dropped, my friend was one of those being retained. The context makes me think there's another "restructure" happening in Design and Engineering.
I was laid off as well and now that I look back I should have known something was up when my manager put in his headphones and just walked out Monday am. Severance package being offered but seems like they only care about their equipment being returned promptly. Shady dealings.
I was one of those laid off today. The whole roofing division got laid off.
