Self assured is acceptable if you can back it up. He is the only person in leadership who stands up to chief bully in finance. Including HR and our CFO’s manager.
Sibg townhall was interesting for a few reasons.
Goralski is incredibly arrogant and self assured. Perfect formula for additional exits and a toxic workplace
In his favor he cast shade on potty’s constant pathetic embrace the red mantra (so 2020). Finally someone with the testicular fortitude to push back on the commerce graduate
His team attempted to answer a few questions and i was reconfirmed in my belief that we have a situation of the blind leading the blind. Pathetic leadership.
TEBG townhall had division president reply that if you don't feel trusted by your leadership, that you have to go out and earn it. He is right, if your leadership doesn't trust you, go to another company and earn two way trust.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Did anyone realised Tireman is showing some signs of tiredness? Cannot seem to feel any energy from his recent town hall.
Tireman keeps saying that BSC is the "glue" between all the different functions. And guess what- we start to see the BSC VPs Quitting. Starting with TEBG.......
Did anyone notice that they just changed how KPIs were calculated and that even they they are all improving (per Peter), Finance isn’t seeing those results in COGS? SS said it was because Finances uses Variances which is something PG said in his last meeting was too complicated to understand.
Why is PG claiming that things in 3M was completely broken previously? As in there was no career road map, No IT road map etc?
