Have heard rumors this is happening. Again. I guess the gutting in March wasn’t enough. Can anyone confirm?

Management have been told to provide headcount early 2Q and they are targeting the wrong people. If you have the right sponsor and they like you, you should be fine. If your mid-year was done and system didn't allow you to comment or sign consider it a early warning. They did that on purpose. For end of year reviews they are getting people on the how goals. Then again, they probably won't read your end of year review if you are already on the layoff list. This is not the JNJ I remember.
Only a rumor but some people said a few folks maybe told they are being let go tomorrow.
They are planning the budget for next year and pushing managers for headcount and which projects to fund which to cull.
Any impact from today's town halls?
