Voluntary Resignation package

What is the likelihood of some sort of voluntary resignation package happening maybe for folks who wouldn’t mind leaving?

I sense many of you who are not emotionally prepared, in denial, and are about to receive a kick in the groin. Life is filled with injustices, it's all about how you navigate this reality to create the best life for you and your families. Adjust your jock strap accordingly.

Biz ops all got retention RSUs, vesting in March. So it’s the opposite!

You should have asked for an exit package sooner if you want one, as others already have done. Those folks are gone. IMHO, the odds are not in your favor now. Timing is everything.

If this was a reduction in headcount due to the company struggling financially then voluntary redundancy might be offered. Since this is not the case, BC know what job functions they want to keep and what they want to get rid of. They will not offer voluntary redundancy as it will be unlikely to balance out they way they need it to.

This is a blood sport, dude. There will be no niceties nor opportunities to "volunteer" to be laid off

No chance. Because only the valuable folk would offer to quit.
