Best of luck! As a fellow restructuring casualty from April, I know exactly what you're feeling. I just received my first committable offer this week (after several runner-up finishes) and am expecting another offer by the end of this week.
Here's the positive news for those currently searching: the 3M brand still carries a very positive weight in the eyes of hiring managers across the spectrum of industries and government agencies. You don't need to worry about any of the current stink of lawsuits or other embarrassments brought on by senior leadership. They recognize that if you were qualified enough to be hired at 3M and have a career of at least 5-10 years you have developed skills that are in high demand.
