Who is Kelly's replacement?
She won 1 medicaid contract and lost many. So there's that.
VP's and above are on contract basis. Based on their performance, revenue generation, and overall strategy they gets to extend their contracts. However, on the basis of planning the future strategy, if they do not agree or comply with the leadership, the CEO can decide to not to renew the contract and automatically send out, or layoff with severance and pay for the remaining time left in the contract. According to the inside news, she was informed by the EVP Strategy and Performance this morning and then a formal notification was issued for the company.

They made that seem like she chose it. Was that just frilly lingo and she was laid off? The e-mail said “she informed me she’s leaving.”
