No WARN notices for my state…yet!

WARN notice requirement doesn’t apply if they give a severance I believe
According to Google:
They need to be laying off 50 or more at any one site for a WARN notice to be required.
Not sure how remote workers factor into that.
I believe a WARN notice is required only if a certain number (no idea what that number is but guessing it's over a few hundred?) are let go in a state.
So they might not have to do one.
But I could be wrong.

No and it seems warn doesn’t update everyday
