Is everyone locked out of their 401k account. I was told that BBB told Empower not to let employees move their money into another account.

It makes a difference because some people actually plan for their retirement and need to roll it over into a new plan genius.
What difference does it make?
Also, do remember, if you didn't turn off your automatic contributions, you have one more that won't hit your account until about this time next week.
I did mine over the phone
After 2 weeks Empower will contact you if you have not. You can do it over phone.
The company may be gone, but the rumor mill never dies - someone told you some stinking illegal s***.
Not true.... you must upload forms and submit separation request on paper.... no phone roll overs....
Take 7-10 days.
