Every single one of them that is not a sales role is based in either India or Columbia, Surprise! These job titles look suspiciously similar to that of the roles they RIFed in the US.

Well, duh. If you can get the same thing done for cheaper, why not? PE playbook is to lower costs.

Just curious, with very few open roles and slow hiring all year, what is the HR/TA team doing? Probably not much. They probably cut most of it anyway but if not, that's coming next. Stay alert!

It was quite evident when they let go people from US and Europe.
It's interesting that we were told we weren't getting additional headcount for our team but they just opened our role in Columbia. That can't be good.
